One of my on-going tasks at Accenture was working with an internal client affiliated with Salesforce to develop and improve their eLearning courses within their proprietary LMS, Trailhead. Salesforce allows organizations to create their own internal instances of the LMS for specialized training. My primary responsibility was to collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create effective and engaging eLearning materials that aligned with Salesforce’s business goals and objectives.
One of my key achievements was the design and development of a course called “Data Driven Marketing.” To create this course, I conducted a needs and task analysis to identify the most critical information that learners needed to know to improve their marketing efforts. Working with the SMEs, I designed an engaging and interactive course that included case studies and simulations to ensure that learners were able to apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios. I also worked extensively with Trailhead, Salesforce’s LMS, to ensure that the course was easily accessible and user-friendly for learners. This included developing course navigation and designing assessments that effectively tested learners’ knowledge and skills.

Throughout the project, I coordinated with SMEs to ensure that the course met their needs and was aligned with their vision. This included collecting feedback from learners and making iterative improvements to the course to enhance the learning experience. Overall, this role required a strong background in instructional design, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. The ability to work collaboratively with SMEs and other stakeholders was critical to the success of this role. Through my efforts, I was able to design a course that met the needs of learners and helped them to improve their marketing efforts through data-driven insights.
