Another my primary responsibility was to design and develop effective eLearning courses that enhanced the learning experience of the company’s employees and customers. I collaborated with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging and interactive eLearning materials that aligned with SAP’s business goals and objectives.
One of my key tasks was to work with SAP’s Learning Management System (LMS), D2L, to design and implement effective online courses that were tailored to the needs of different audiences. I had a strong understanding of D2L and was able to create courses that were accessible and user-friendly for learners.
I was also responsible for coordinating with SMEs to gather and analyze information to create effective learning objectives, assessments, and content. I worked with SMEs to identify the best instructional strategies and technologies to use in each course to ensure that the courses met the needs of learners.
As an Instructional Designer, I was also responsible for managing the design and development of eLearning courses from start to finish. I ensured that courses were completed on time and within budget, and that they met the quality standards set by SAP.
Overall, this role required a strong background in instructional design, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. The ability to work collaboratively with SMEs and other stakeholders was critical to the success of this role.
