As an Instructional Designer for Accenture, I was assigned to improve the competency of employees in using and describing Salesforce products. My primary responsibility was to design and develop effective eLearning courses that enhanced the learning experience of Accenture’s employees and aligned with the company’s business goals.

To achieve this objective, I worked closely with the internal client to identify the most critical areas that needed to be addressed to improve employees’ competency in using and describing Salesforce products. I conducted extensive research and gathered feedback from stakeholders to ensure that the courses were designed to meet the needs of learners.

My key achievements were the development of eLearning courses that effectively taught employees the skills they needed to succeed in their roles. These courses were designed to be engaging, interactive, and easy to navigate, and were delivered through the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).

The success of this project was measured by the number of certifications and course completions achieved by employees. Through my efforts, there was a significant increase in both metrics, indicating that the courses were effective in improving the competency of employees in using and describing Salesforce products.

Throughout the project, I worked collaboratively with the internal client to ensure that the courses met their needs and aligned with their vision. This involved collecting feedback from learners and making iterative improvements to the courses to enhance the learning experience.

Overall, this role required a strong background in instructional design, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. The ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders was critical to the success of this role. Through my efforts, I was able to design eLearning courses that effectively improved the competency of Accenture’s employees in using and describing Salesforce products.
